Jeremy is an award-winning documentary director, producer, and editor, recently winning Best Documentary at the 24th Environmental Media Award for his film GMO OMG. In 2010, Jeremy completed his debut film, DIVE! Living Off America’s Waste. Initially made with a $200 budget, a borrowed camera, and a lot of heart, DIVE! went on to win 22 film festivals worldwide. Jeremy’s second film, GMO OMG, debuted at the Berlin International Film Festival, and has had a powerful influence on the current debate on genetically modified food. The personal nature of his films find instant connection with viewers and inspire real change both personally and socially. Jeremy has appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher, Dr. Oz, NPR, and many other news outlets. He has also worked on many short projects including the PBS series Victory Garden Edible Feast. Jeremy and his wife, Jen, live in North Carolina with their three children, Finn, Scout, and Pearl.
